This year, leave the gym behind and get moving in the great outdoors.

On Wednesday evenings from April to the end of September, plunge into the open water for an invigorating wild swim. Challenge yourself with our 750m swimming course, or take it easy on the 400m circuit with a resting platform halfway along.

Improve your balance, strength and all-round fitness with our Stand Up Paddleboard fitness classes, new for 2017. Choose the Dawn Patrol class for an early-morning workout, or wind down after a stressful day with the Evening Session. Currently, all classes are suitable for beginners. Give it a Go on the 29th May for just £3.

Don’t forget Twilight Club, our regular Wednesday evening drop-in session. From 6-8pm, simply turn up, pay at the desk, then take out any of our hire boats – including kayaks, canoes, pedalos, stand up paddleboards and sailing dinghies—for just £12. Don’t forget food for the BBQ!

Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness

Wind down and de-stress with an evening Stand Up Paddleboard fitness class. No previous experience is required as we will spend the first few weeks building your confidence and technique. Then stretch and strengthen your way to fitness with our SUPFit-qualified instructors. You must be able to swim 50m unassisted. Suitable for age 16+.

Open Water Swim

Whether or not you are training for an event, trying to achieve a personal goal or just wanting to give wild swimming a go, this is the place for you. Relax into an evening swim on Black Swan Lake set in the backdrop of Dinton Pastures Country Park. Fully marked 400m or 750m course with water safety on the lake. Changing facilities, hot showers, toilets, refreshment facilities and wetsuit hire options. Min age 8+. Anyone aged between 8-16 yeas must have a parent or guardian onsite for the duration of the activity.
